In the Franzerl, everybody lives and eats together!

The large communal dining table made from solid oak with its cosy corner seating can accommodate 14 people comfortably. A good place for everyone to eat, laugh, talk together and put the world to rights. In front of a crackling flame-effect fire you can enjoy playing board games and having a good chat and gossip.

The large open-plan kitchen with units made from rustic reclaimed timber is fully equipped. You will find details in the inventory below. The work surfaces are accessible from all sides – nobody can get out of lending a hand for lack of space. And if you would like to be cooked for, here is a tip.

In addition to the large fridge in the kitchen, there is a separate drinks fridge in the lounge. Especially useful for successful anglers, there is a separate freezer available to store their catch.

Among other seating, the lounge offers a 5-metre long and 1.4 metre deep sofa, an ideal space to lounge during extended TV and movie nights. The 65-inch screen provides entertainment when folk are in passive chill-out mode. People can attach their own Firestick, laptop or DVD player to the device via the easily accessible HDMI input socket. Please note, there is no DVD player in the house.

Those who wish to eat al fresco can do so on the covered terrace directly in front of the house. Here too, up to 14 people can fit comfortably round a wooden table. There is an electric grill available for indulging in some outdoor cooking.
