René has been working as a chef directly at Weissensee for years. He cooks for guests at Franzerl and always receive great feedback! We are therefore happy to recommend him! But of course you can also hire another chef or caterer.
René is happy to cook according to your wishes and creates various menu suggestions. He buys the groceries fresh, comes to the house Franzerl a few hours before the planned meal, cooks for 8 to 14 people and then puts the kitchen back in order.

… so you can spend your dinner among yourself! You might enjoy your first appetizers at the front of the lake and then eat together in peace and privacy at the Franzerl. René provides starters, main courses and desserts – the guests take care of the drinks and table decorations themselves.
