Team Building & Workshops in the Franzerl

Smaller companies of up to 14 employees will find their ideal retreat at the Franzerl. Here, you can think and work, discuss strategies and gain inspiration in a calm atmosphere. Everybody staying together in an exclusive house by the lake!

Cooking, eating and relaxing jointly is good for team building. In the dining room, up to 14 people can sit around a large table. The conference room seats around 12 persons. If the team splits up into smaller groups for discussions, there is an extra lounge available in the wellness zone.

Visitors have free internet access via the WLAN that covers the entire house and the lakeside cabin. The conference room is equipped with a magnetic whiteboard and a screen. You will find further screens or TVs in the lounge and in the wellness zone.

There are a total of 7 double rooms available. Six of them can be converted into twin rooms. One room has bunkbeds. Five bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with WC and shower. The guests in the other two rooms use the WC and shower in the wellness zone. All rooms can be locked.

If your group needs outside catering, we shall be pleased to help you with the organisation. Our tip: Let cook for you in the house.

In the Weissensee nature park, by the cleanest swimming lake in the Alps located 1,000 metres above sea level, your team will find an environment conducive to concentrated working, to gaining inspiration and to engaging in focused discussions without unnecessary diversions.
